Most travel sets are either awkward 2D sets or have such tiny pieces you need a magnifying glass to see the board. This set is none of these things.The board is nice and big - too big for your pocket, but great for trains/planes/the park. Plus there's space for taken pieces around the edge. And the magnets do work.

The one and only greatest chess set to own besides a formal gorgeous wooden set. I have used on the train, in the car, beach - everywhere you may feel like practicing combos, openings, and generally ignoring everything else. For the true chess addict and practitioner!!!
